The current 10-Division organization was established many years ago and has served us well; however, the continuing contraction of our membership and number of Commanderies to levels that existed prior to World War I and World War II necessitated considering a realignment of divisions to better serve our Order into the future. In the summer of 2016, Rt. Em. Grand Commander Gerald Pugh appointed a Realignment Committee to investigate the need for a change in our Division structure and identify options. The Committee was re-appointed by Rt. Em. Grand Commander Ronald Vicars and Rt. Em. Grand Commander Terry Wymer during their terms.
